Nebraska Dentistry Needs Your Help!
NDA is excited to provide you with this toolkit to support your advocacy efforts for the More for Your Smile legislative campaign. To move this bill forward, we must first get it out of the Banking and Insurance Committee. We need to show the committee that Nebraskans care about this issue. Follow these simple steps to get involved:
- Call and email your local senator(s) on the Banking and Insurance Committee using this document, which includes their contact information, draft emails, and a phone call script.
- Engage at least three patients, friends, or family members to contact their local senator(s) on the Banking and Insurance Committee. We’ve provided a patient-friendly document with legislator contact details, plus a custom email and phone script to make it easy.
- Sign our petition and encourage patients, friends, and family to do the same.
- Follow and share our social media posts to help spread the word.
The success of More for Your Smile Nebraska starts with showing strong public support. Let’s work together to get this bill out of committee and one step closer to success. If you have any questions, please reach out to Lisa@NEDental.org.
